Swiderski is Founding Partner at Finisterre Capital LLP.
Prior to co-founding Finisterre Capital, he was a Director of Emerging Market Fixed Income Sales at Salomon Brothers International in London.
Mr. Swiderski joined Salomon Brothers in New York in 1993.
In 1995, he relocated to Salomon London where he was put in charge of the Emerging Market Fixed Income Sales unit.
Before Salomon, Mr. Swiderski was at Westpac Banking Corporation as a Senior Manager in Singapore in charge of the fixed income, FX and derivative sales team.
He was first assigned at Westpac London responsible for developing and trading various structured products including commodity swaps, asset swaps and dual currency bonds.
Mr. Swiderski has a Master of Arts degree in Law from Cambridge University.
