Ms. Luongo joined FGG in 2004 after five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was Manager of the International and Offshore Funds Team, a developing international tax and regulatory consulting team in the Financial Services Industry Practice.
Prior to that, Ms. Luongo was law clerk to the Honorable Murry D.
Brochin, New Jersey Appellate Division.
Ms. Luongo received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Loyola College, her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University, magna cum laude, where she was an associate editor of the Law Review, and her Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University.
Prior to attending law school, she worked as a certified public accountant in charge of auditing, consulting, and tax engagements.
Ms. Luongo is a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York.
She is based in the New York office.
