He joined BancBoston Capital in 1987 and spent most of his career directly involved in the sourcing, due diligence, structuring, execution and management of lower middle market buyout investments.
Beginning in 1998 until his promotion to President and CEO in 2002, he managed several venture capital portfolios.
Mr. Cullinane has served on the board of directors of Bright Star Industries, Clareon Corporation, Enigma Information Services, KP Holdings and Masterview Window Company.
He currently serves on the boards of Library Systems and Services and Superwinch.
Mr. Cullinane graduated from Harvard College in 1986 and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1993.
He is married with three children.
