Mr. Gary J.
Friedmann, CFA, is a Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Rockland Trust Co. He has been with Rockland Trust since 2011.
He is responsible for integrating an investment strategy that reflects our clients’ objectives, financial goals, and risk tolerance including custom asset allocation, long-term goal planning, and securities research.
Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Mr. Friedmann was Director of Investments at Washington Trust Investors.
While there he was responsible for the management of investment portfolios and was a member of the investment committee which set investment policy and managed the firm’s core equity model.
He also held a position at Fleet Investment Advisors.
He received a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance from State University of New York at Albany.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations, and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement.
