Prior to joining Cherokee in 2004, Mr. Perry was Director of Operations for Oak Ranch Inc., a residential home for at-risk children, where he managed residential, commercial and land development.
Mr. Perry has more than 20 years of operations, development and construction management experience.
He previously owned Southern Gables, Inc., a firm specializing in residential real estate development and custom-designed homes.
Mr. Perry holds his North Carolina Real Estate license and General Contracting License.
