Between 1991 and 1998 Mr. McKinley was a partner of EISA America, a strategic and corporate finance advisory firm.
From 1988 to 1991, Mr. McKinley worked for Merrill Lynch & Co. and was responsible for its investment banking activity in Spain and Portugal.
Between 1986 and 1988, Mr. McKinley was a member of the Merrill Lynch/Baring Brothers advisory team seconded to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in Riyadh.
Mr. McKinley joined Merrill Lynch’s investment banking department in New York in 1978 after graduating with an MSc in Business Studies degree from the London Business School.
He received a BSc in Economics and Politics degree from the University of Southampton in 1976.
