Dr Malinowska’s research interests focus on the multifaceted evolution of economic and legal institutions, property rights, and trust – and their respective roles in, and contribution to, development processes in the field of both corporate finance and capital markets in transition economies.
prior to joining CASE, she worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at Kozminski University where she taught highly-specialised subjects including but not limited to fundamental analysis, investment project valuation methods, and tax strategies.Dr Malinowska holds both a PhD in Finance and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Kozminski University
