Helbig, CFA MBA, is a Founding Principal at HMS Capital Management LLC.
As Chief Investment Officer, she helps clients both grow and protect their wealth.
She focuses her 22 plus years of investment experience on building portfolio strategies that allow our clients to be invested to have Wealth Without Worry.
She oversees the investment management team and is responsible for the management of the firm’s growth oriented investment strategies.
She started her career at SunTrust Personal Asset Management in 1997 and rose to Managed Equities Director for the Mid Cap Growth Strategy where she was responsible for the management of the specialty portfolio which was utilized across the country by various SunTrust portfolio managers.
She then went on to SunTrust Investment Services as a Private Financial Advisor where she developed and executed custom investment strategies across six different asset classes.
She earned both the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Market Technician designations.
She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and also earned a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
She serves on the board of the Catholic Community Foundation of Middle TN and is the Chairwoman of the Investing Committee of the Archdiocese of Nashville, TN.
