Mr. Schulte is the Founder and Managing Partner of AS Equity Partners.
He manages all aspects of the firm: strategic vision, operational excellence, adherence to the firm’s core investment principles and governance.
He plays an active role with portfolio companies to promote growth and optimize value.
As the leader of the Investment Committee, Mr. Schulte oversees all phases of investment decisions: originating and qualifying investment opportunities, structuring transactions, directing portfolio construction and management, investor relations, institutional fund raising and marketing activities.
Prior to AS Equity Partners, Mr. Schulte was a Partner and Group President at Marlin Equity Partners in London working on a large number of investments in Europe and North America throughout the entire deal cycle.
Before Marlin, Mr. Schulte held CxO roles in Technology and Tech enabled Business Services , i.e.
Sutherland, Hewlett-Packard, Perot Systems, ABB.
