PLS Group Limited, anciennement Pilbara Minerals Limited, est un producteur mondial de matériaux à base de lithium, disposant d’un portefeuille diversifié d’actifs et de partenariats stratégiques dans le secteur en pleine expansion des matériaux pour batteries. La société détient 100 % de l’exploitation indépendante de lithium de roche dure Pilgangoora, en Australie, ainsi que du projet Colina Lithium au Brésil. La société est également intégrée à la chaîne de valeur du lithium par le biais de sa coentreprise avec POSCO Pilbara Lithium Solution Co. Ltd en Corée du Sud, qui fabrique de l'hydroxyde de lithium de qualité batterie. L'exploitation de Pilgangoora est située à 140 kilomètres (km) au sud-est de Port Hedland, dans la région de Pilbara, riche en ressources, en Australie-Occidentale, sur les terres de Nyamal et de Kariyarra. Le projet Colina est situé à 10 km de la ville de Salinas, dans la juridiction minière du Minas Gerais, au Brésil.
