Essity AB figure parmi les principaux fabricants mondiaux de produits d'hygiène. Le CA par famille de produits se répartit comme suit :

- produits de soins de la personne (54,2%) : produits d'incontinence (marque Tena), de protection féminine (Libresse, Bodyform, Nana, Nuvenia, Saba, Nosotras, Donnasept, etc.), couches-culottes (Libero, Up&Go, Libero-Peaudouce, Drypers, Pequenin, etc.), compresses et bandages ;

- produits d'hygiène en papier (26,1%) : essuie-tout, papiers toilettes, mouchoirs, lingettes, etc. vendus notamment sous les marques Tempo, Colhogar, Cosy, Cushelle, Danke, Delica, Demak Up, Favorita, Flen, Lotus, Lovly, Okay, Plenty, Regio et Zewa ;

- produits d'hygiène professionnelle (19,7%) : notamment papiers toilettes, mouchoirs, lotions et savons à mains, désinfectants pour mains et produits de nettoyage et d'essuyage.

A fin 2024, le groupe dispose de près de 70 sites de production dans le monde.

La répartition géographique du CA est la suivante : Europe (60,2%), Amérique latine (17,5%), Amérique du Nord (16,9%), Asie (1,7%), et autres (3,7%).
