Mr. Lewis joined CRT in 2008.
Prior to joining CRT, for two years Mr. Lewis was a US Equity Sales Trader at Weeden & Co. in Greenwich.
Previously he spent eight years at UBS in Stamford as a director of US Equity SalesTrading and has also worked in sales trading at Salomon Brothers and Mabon Securities.
Mr. Lewis graduated with a BA from St Lawrence University in 1991 and an MBA from the University of Denver in 1994.
