Cohen is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of The Cohen Group LLC, which he founded in 2001.

He also served as a Director of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Foundation.
Prior to his business career, Cohen was a Member of the U.S.
House of Representatives from 1973 to 1979.
Cohen received his graduate degree from Boston University in 1965 and his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College in 1962.
