Previously, Mr. Koletic was Director of Investments for Euro American Advisors where he sourced, structured, negotiated, and closed equity acquisitions, as well as joint venture investments while directing all legal, accounting, due diligence, and investment analysis.
From 1991 to 1997 he was a Vice President with Citicorp Real Estate with responsibilities including debt restructures, equity placements, loan portfolio transactions, and third party advisory assignments in geographies encompassing the Southeastern United States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America .
Mr. Koletic earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia.
