Brown & Sons Incorporated, most recently as founder and head of Alex.
Brown's Capital Markets Group.
This group included its investment banking, equity sales and trading, research and corporate fixed income activities.
In his 16 years as an investment banker and capital markets advisor, Tim helped build a knowledge-based, relationship-focused investment banking and capital markets franchise that assisted leading growth company management teams through a myriad of successful capital raises and strategic M&A transactions.
