Thiago Zanon joined Tishman Speyer in 2013 and oversees the Human Capital Management function across Brazil.
In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of talent management as well as reinforcing our corporate culture of collaboration and innovation.
Thiago is also responsible for procurement and IT in the region.
He has over 20 years of experience in human capital management.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Thiago was the executive director of human resources at Sodexo Pass in Brazil, and a practice leader for Hewitt Associates.
He holds a BA from the University of São Paulo and an MS in engineering from the University of São Carlos.
