Ms. Giroux joined Fiduciary Trust in June 2004.
Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Ms. Giroux was with U.S.
Trust, where she was managing director of equity research.
She managed the equity research and economics groups since January 2001 and was a member of U.S.
Trust's portfolio policy committee and Charles Schwab's equity research management council.
Previously in her tenure with U.S.
Trust, Ms. Giroux co-managed the U.S.
Trust core equity portfolio and was also an analyst covering the retail, cosmetics, consumer product and restaurant industries.
Ms. Giroux's previous experience includes equity and fixed income research positions with Paine Webber, and treasury and corporate finance positions with Avon Products, Inc. Ms. Giroux has a B.A. from Tufts University and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute (formerly the Association of Investment Management and Research).
