Srdan joined Prosperus in 2012 and serves as an Investment Director.
At Prosperus, Srdan is focused on all aspects of the transaction cycle including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, closure, and post-investment portfolio management.
During his time at Prosperus, Srdan also served on several portfolio company Management Boards where he was involved in developing and delivering high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
Prior to joining Prosperus, Srdan was with AIG, a leading global insurance corporation.
Srdan received a B.A. in Economics and MSc in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb and MSc in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi, Milano.
