Profil
Samuel B. Slater was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, North America for EGL-Eagle Global Logistics in July 2002 assuming the responsibility for domestic and international operating issues and global products development.
He began his career with EGL in 1997 after being named Station Manager for the Dallas, Texas sales and operations facility.
He was the recipient of an athletic scholarship for football at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and spent one season with the Philadelphia Eagles.
In 1985, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Weber State University.
He was named outstanding marketing graduate from the school of Business and Economics and was one of five finalists for the Crystal Crest Award.
