Ms. Sammi Le Truong, CFA, is a Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, Inc.
Prior to managing strategies, Ms. Le Truong was a Quantitative Research Analyst at Pioneer Investments, which was formerly known as Amundi US, and was acquired by Victory Capital in 2025, where she focused on quantitative analysis of equity markets.
