Mr. Shockley was with First Reserve from 2004 through 2017.
Prior to his time at First Reserve, he worked at JPMorgan in the Financial Sponsors Group.
Mr. Shockley holds a BA from Kalamazoo College, cum laude and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
