Rotem joined Viola Ventures as Principal in 2020.
She brings over 10 years of experience in management consulting, legal advising & litigation, and corporate leadership across a variety of industries.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Prior to joining Viola Ventures, Rotem worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for five years.
As a Project Leader, Rotem led teams of consultants to diagnose and solve companies’ most challenging problems.
Rotem worked on strategy development, operations optimization, and M&A, with a focus on Financial Institutions, Industrial Goods and Energy.
Rotem is a lawyer and member of the Israeli Bar Association.
She clerked for the President of the Israeli Supreme Court, the Honorable Justice Dorit Beinisch.
Rotem holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School (elected as a Baker Scholar, HBS’s highest level of academic distinction, awarded to the top 5% of the class) and an LL.B. in Law & Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT ROTEM Rotem is passionate about skydiving – she began jumping out of planes at the age of 16 (becoming one of the youngest skydivers ever in Israel).
She is an avid open-water diver – she’s dived multiple times off five continents, including with whale sharks off the coast of Thailand and with manta rays in Hawaii.
She loves baking and is always on the lookout for the next best recipe.
