After university, he joined the Transaction Services team of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), advising private equity firms on their target acquisitions or enhancing existing portfolio companies.
After leaving PwC, he ran his own consultancy firm, which led to a role as Interim Chief Executive Officer of a private equity-owned engineering firm in need of turn around.
Latterly, his consulting involved advising on the set up of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) vehicles.
He joined Octopus in 2009 and is responsible for sourcing and structuring investments across a broad spectrum of sectors including ticketing, media and asset backed opportunities.
Mr. Bryan graduated from Cambridge University.
