Prior to founding RockMountain, Mr. Edens was a business unit Vice President at Vitesse Semiconductor.
Mr. Edens was also co-founder and CEO of Serano Systems Corporation, a fabless semiconductor company that was acquired by Vitesse.
Mr. Edens has also worked for Boeing, General Electric, NCR, and Symbios Logic and has an extensive background in business development, strategic marketing, product marketing, product development, and management.
