He also spearheaded research efforts on Internet banking and the impact of technology.
While at Goldman Sachs & Co., he also worked closely with investment banking, supporting new business development, designing and marketing equity offerings, and consulting on acquisitions.
During his tenure he was involved in over 20 major bank stock underwritings and IPOs.
He has also been a regular consultant on bank mergers, counseling investment bankers, bank managements and bank boards.
Prior to Goldman Sachs & Co., he was a Managing Director of U.S.
Bank Equities Research at Smith Barney.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.
