Ritika KhannaSenior PrincipalRitika has over 14 years of experience in human capital space across leading financial services firms in India.
She joined NIIFL in 2018 and she is currently the Chief People Officer of NIIFL, based in Mumbai.
At NIIFL, she is responsible for leading the people management agenda which includes setting up of NIIFL and its platform companies that have NIIFL as its majority shareholder, driving talent management and employee engagement initiatives, leadership building capacity, management of policies and procedures for NIIFL and its platform companies.Prior to joining NIIFL, Ritika spent over seven years with Avendus Capital, India’s largest domestic investment bank.
At Avendus, she played a pivotal role in driving several key initiatives such as drafting policies and procedures, scaling up of the investment banking business and other business verticals such as Wealth Management and Credit Solutions and formalizing the campus recruitment process to name a few.
Ritika started her career with ICICI Group’s HR team and spent approximately four years with ICICI Securities and ICICI Prudential Asset Management in cumulation.
She joined the group as a Management Trainee and her last position with the group was as an HR lead for one of the zones with ICICI Prudential’s asset management team.
Ritika has done her Bachelor’s in Computer Application (BCA) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International School of Business and Media, Pune.
