Tanner is a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at AEW UK Investment Management LLP and a Managing Director at AEW UK REIT Plc.

Mr. Tanner was Head of Investment Strategy and Managing Director of the UBS UK real estate team which he joined in 1994.

Richard is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
He received his BSc (Hons) from the University of London and a graduate degree from The University of Reading.
