Previously, he worked as a Financial Analyst at the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority.
There, Mr. Vilá was focused on screening potential private investors/operators for infrastructure concessions as well as working on the long term concession of the PR-22 and PR-5 Toll Roads, and the long-term lease of the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (Puerto Rico’s principal airport) to a private consortium.
In 2009, he worked at Pariter Securities, LLC as a trading and investment assistant.
Mr. Vilá holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Puerto Rico, and has passed the Chartered Financial Analyst level I examination.
