Paula is an Investment Principal.
She brings almost 8 years experience, and 6 years Healthcare experience to the team.
Paula joined from Silicon Valley Bank, where she focused on bespoke funding and banking solutions, portfolio relationship management and business development for the bank’s EMEA Healthcare clients.
These ranged from Series A funded start ups, through to public and corporate profiles, in the digital health, medical devices, diagnostics and biopharma space.
Most recently she was a Vice President on the EMEA Healthcare credit solutions team, focused on providing a wide range of lending solutions, from venture debt to cash flow, for the credit healthcare portfolio.
Paula holds a First Class BSc Hons degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from University College Dublin, as well as an MSc in Management from University College London.
