Overdahl, CFA MBA, is a Principal & Co-Chief Investment Officer at New Century Advisors LLC.
Since joining the firm at its founding in 2002, he has been responsible for managing real return portfolios.
During his career he has managed and traded most sectors of the fixed income market and his expertise in global inflation and credit has greatly added value to New Century's strategies.
Mr. Overdahl previously worked at Salomon Smith Barney as well as Mellon Bank, where he was part of a team that managed more than $2 billion of taxable fixed income assets.
He was also a voting member of the firm's bond strategy and credit review committees.
In addition, he was an early investor in and part of the original management team of Surepayroll.com, Inc., which was acquired by Paychex, Inc. in 2011.
He received a B.S.
from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
