Before co-founding Quantbot in 2009, Mr. Lisak was a member of Merrill Lynch's statistical arbitrage and automated market making groups responsible for electronic market making and high frequency trading technology.
Before Merrill, he was a member of Morgan Stanley's Equity Trading lab specializing in algorithmic trading and electronic market making.
Prior to ETL, he was executive director in Morgan Stanley’s equity technology division.
Mr. Lisak holds a BS in Computer Science.
