Melissa Moore, CEO of Treasury Services Melissa Moore is Executive Vice President of JPMorgan Chase and President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank's Treasury Services business, the recognized leader in delivering innovative treasury, cash management, liquidity , trade finance and information solutions to corporations, financial services companies and government entities worldwide.
Ms. Moore is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business globally, including all aspects of product and service direction and delivery.
She is also a member of the Firm's Executive Committee, the senior-most group of executives in the bank.
Previously, she was Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Treasury & Securities Services, an $8 billion revenue business and a global leader in custody, securities lending, fund accounting and administration, as well as in treasury services.
As CAO, she was responsible for the finance, controller, strategy, and treasury functions and for liquidity and investment products.
Before the merger with JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Moore was the Corporate Controller of Bank One, which she joined in 2001.
She also spent 17 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the last five as a financial services audit and business advisory partner.
In that role, she served such financial institutions as Bank of America, NationsBank, Continental Bank and Shawmut National Bank.
Ms. Moore holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and she earned her bachelor's degree from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
