Melissa serves BrightView as VP of New Market Development.
She works with the development team to provide diligence in new markets, making initial introductions and gathering key insight as to how BrightView can best serve the needs of communities.
Melissa assists in BrightView’s growth by hiring, training, and acclimating Outreach Managers for successful launches of new centers.
Initially joining Brightview as VP of Outreach, her experience opening new sites led to heading up the Outreach Training and Development Department where she shares her passion for serving people and saving lives with new hires.
Prior to BrightView, Melissa owned and operated JSI International, a nationally ranked recruiting firm.
She is a Michigan State Spartan and enjoys equine activities in Colorado every chance she gets.
