Meagan is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition based in B Capital’s Los Angeles office.
In this role, she is responsible for strategy development and diagnosis of talent acquisition needs.
She creates, designs and develops programs to address talent gaps and aligns talent needs with business objectives.
She also has a passion for Diversity & Inclusion.
Meagan joins B Capital from Masimo, where she led the Global Talent Acquisition function.
Prior to joining Masimo, Meagan most recently led the Global University Recruiting function for Western Digital and prior to that, led the Training and Recruitment function for Oliver Wyman’s Asia Pacific region based in Singapore.
In these roles, she gained a cross-cultural talent management perspective, which lends itself to her contributions and success in a multinational organization and global leadership role.
Meagan earned a BS in Accounting from Providence College (Go Friars!).
She enjoys spending time on the water (surfing, paddleboarding, duffy boat-riding), running, cycling, playing golf, snowboarding, volunteering her time for local charities and organizations and is an avid sports fan.
