Mr. Charbonneau joined GMP as Branch Manager of the Montreal office in September 2000.
Before joining the firm, he was head trader at a large brokerage firm.
His responsibilities included coverage of a portion of the company's U.S.
accounts, its Quebec-based clients and selective arbitrage accounts.
Following the company's merger with a large bank, he was named managing director of the Montreal institutional equity department.
From 1982 through to 1989, he held various trading positions at another securities firm.
