Mr. Mark Bartmann is a Managing Director & Co-Head Real Assets at Aksia LLC.
He has over 18 years of experience in alternative investments.
He leads the global real assets business with a focus on real estate investments, overseeing due diligence for primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities.
Mark also works with global investors focused on real assets, directing strategic portfolio construction, management, and providing customized investment decisions.
Prior to Aksia’s acquisition of Alignium LLC, he was a co-founder and Managing Principal of the firm.
Before that, Mark was a Consultant and Principal at RVK, Inc. where he worked with institutional investors to develop their real estate investment portfolios.
He started his career at Ridge Property Trust, as an industrial real estate developer and operator.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance.
