Prior to joining Yorkville Advisors in 2010, he was the President of BlueCreek Energy and also held key positions within executive management with Energy Oil, Mizel Petro Resources, Garrett Resources, and worked with clients at executive levels for Baker Atlas (Baker Hughes).
In addition, he supervised the drilling and completion of over 400 oil and gas wells throughout North America.
He also served with Striker Oil & Gas, Inc. He is a geological engineer with over 34 years experience in all operational phases of oil and gas development, exploration, exploitation and production.
Mr. Garrett earned a BS in Geology from Colorado State University - Pueblo.
