Mr. Wang has over twenty years of experience in direct investment and operations.
Prior to founding Envision Capital, Mr. Wang was cofounder and Managing Partner, China for Natexis Private Equity Asia, the direct investment arm of French bank NBP.
While at Natexis, Mr. Wang closed nine investment projects.
Representative investments include first-round investments into Wuxi Suntech Power and Jiangxi LDK, both of which are today leading players in the global new energy space.
Mr. Wang has been widely recognized as one of China's leading private equity investors by Forbes, China Venture, GE Global Entrepreneur, Zero2IPO, and the Asian Venture Capital Journal.
Mr. Wang holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hefei Institute of Technology and an MBA from Massey University (New Zealand).
