Mr. Kevin P.
Petrovcik, CFA MBA, is a Principal at Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. Prior to Invesco Senior Secured Management, inc., Mr. Petrovcik was with Loan Pricing Corporation (Reuters) for four years as director of LPC's public data group, responsible for bank loan data and analytics.
While at LPC, he developed new analytical tools for the bank loan market, including LPC's relative value calculator and LoanConnector, a web based platform for analyzing and delivering loan market news and information.
He was also instrumental with the development of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association's (LSTA) mark-to-market valuation service.
Mr. Petrovcik began his career in banking as a credit analyst with The First National Bank of Chicago, completing First Chicago’s credit analyst training program in 1988 and their credit officer training program in 1990.
He also worked at Bankers Trust Company in their management consulting group where he implemented a variety of risk control and strategic management projects for the bank.
Mr. Petrovcik is currently the Chair of the LSTA’s CDO Committee.
He earned a BS in Accounting and Economics from New York University's Stern School of Business in 1988 and an MBA in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business in 1993.
