Kevin Grundy is an American national who joined Doughty Hanson in 2002 and is a Principal responsible for investment in the UK market.
His track record in the UK includes developments and investments in offices, business parks and shopping centres totalling approximately £600 million.
Joint venture partners have included Liberty Property Trust and Terrace Hill Group plc.
Before joining Doughty Hanson, Kevin was a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he had responsibility as joint-operation leader for a number of project financings in the property sector throughout Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Prior to that, he was a financial analyst with Lazard in New York.
Kevin holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a General Course Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
