Mr. Kevin W.
Gaffney is a Chief Investment Officer for the Money Market group within the Fixed Income division at Fidelity Management & Research Co. LLC.

Before joining Fidelity in 1995, Mr. Gaffney was a registered representative at Scudder Stevens and Clark and a settlement specialist at Bear Stearns.
He has been in the financial industry since 1992.
He earned his bachelor of science degree in business management from Lynchburg College.
