Mr. Clay is a founding Partner of Latitude Partners Incorporated.
Prior to the founding of Latitude in 1999, Mr. Clay was an Associate with the Investment Banking Technology Group of TD Securities Inc. At TD Securities, Mr. Clay was responsible for a wide range of activities including public and private financing, merger and acquisition advisory, and strategic advisory assignments for public and private
Canadian technology and biotechnology companies.
Prior to joining TDSI Mr. Clay held positions with RBC Dominion Securities, Procter & Gamble, and an independent merchant banking firm.
Mr. Clay holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
He also holds the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and Chartered Professional (CH.P.).
