Ms. O'connell graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and earned her Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
She has been inducted as an Honorary Commander with the Vermont Air National Guard and currently serves as the Board Chair for Champlain College and is the Immediate Past Chair for Vermont Business Roundtable.
