Joshua joined OpCapita in November 2006.
He is responsible for transaction execution, has oversight of operational improvement initiatives across the OpCapita portfolio and is a member of OpCapita's Investment Committee.
Joshua spent more than 10 years at BA Capital Partners where he helped establish Bank of America's European private equity business in 1995.
He was part of a team that made 39 investments in 10 countries within Western and Emerging Europe during that time.
He was also responsible for general management of the partnership and was involved in strategy, marketing, legal, tax and budgets.
Prior to BA Capital Partners, Josh worked at Continental Bank where he developed corporate finance and capital markets experience through the underwriting and syndication of debt into the public, private and bank markets.
Joshua has a BA in Political Science from Denison University.
Joshua is Non-Executive Director of La Sirena, Rossopomodoro and Merkal.
