Mr. Joel H.
Jastromb, CFA, is Past Chairman at Cedar Hill Associates LLC.
Prior to founding Cedar Hill in 1984, Mr. Jastromb was President & Chief Operating Officer of a regional investment firm, where he developed structured investment decision-making processes.
He served as a faculty member at Roosevelt University, lecturing on money and banking, economics, and investment analysis.
He was also a New York Stock Exchange supervisory analyst and a board member of the Midwest Securities Trust Company and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Roosevelt University and an MBA in Finance and Statistics from Case Western Reserve University.
