Mr. Goodridge joined Longstreet in 2005 as a Director.
Mr. Goodridge has over several years of experience in all aspects of government contracting and consulting.
He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Soza and Company, LTD.
After joining SOZA in 1994, he established the consulting practice, growing the business to and an established and recognized consulting services provider.
In 1999, he assumed the position of COO and led the company through the processes to establish internal controls, quality management processes, and performance management and metrics systems.
Teamed with the SOZA's president, Jack Larmer, the two managers led the company through a major growth and expansion resulting in ISO certification, CMMI, and various quality and performance awards.
Perot Systems acquired SOZA in February 2003.
Following the acquisition, Mr. Goodridge remained with Perot Systems Government Services to coordinate the integration into the larger company and served as President, Information Technology Division, Executive Vice President, Corporate Growth, and finally as Chief of Staff, responsible for leadership and integration of all support services.
In September 2005, Mr. Goodridge retired from Perot Systems Government Services.
Prior to joining SOZA, Mr. Goodridge completed a distinguished career as an Army officer, serving over 28 years in various command and staff capacities in support of combat and peacetime operations.
Mr. Goodridge is active in various community organizations including serving as President of the Board of Trustees, Virginia Chamber Orchestra and as a Committee Member for Our Lady of Good Counsel.
