Mr. James Horton is a Principal at Albion Capital Management LLC (Doing Business as Andina Capital Management LLC).
He began his professional and financial services career in 1999 at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he executed online option strategies for the “Private Client” division.
In 2000, he became associated with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and Associate Vice President.
While at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Horton specialized in institutional investments and liability management for his clients.
Mr. Horton left Merrill Lynch in 2002 and co-founded Alta Financial Group, LLC (2003-2004).
In 2005, Mr. Horton began to focus his time in the research and development of charter school facilities.
He has founded and operated Charter Solutions CSLA, LLC (2007-Present), and Hoback Investments, LLC (2009-Present).
Mr. Horton studied Business and English at Brigham Young University, attaining a Bachelor of Arts (English) in 1998.
He also received a DipFS (Master Diploma in Finance) from the University of Oxford.
Mr. Horton is FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination) examination qualified.
