Ji Zhen Liu is currently the Director of the National Key Laboratory at North China Electric Power University.
He is also currently serving as the Principal at Wuhan University since 1998.
Additionally, he holds the position of Vice President at the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, Professor at the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Vice President at the Chinese Society of Power Engineering.
In 2019, he became the Vice President of the China Association For Public Safety.
In his former positions, Mr. Liu served as the Vice Chairman of the China Electricity Council.
He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Huaneng Power International, Inc. from 2017 to 2023, and at Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2023.
Prior to that, he was the President of Wuhan University of Hydraulic & Electric Engineering.
Mr. Liu completed his undergraduate degree at Huazhong University of Science & Technology.
