Prior to joining CCM, he was the Head of SPACs and a senior member of the equity syndicate desk at Wells Fargo Securities, where he spent 11 years.
Jerry led all aspects of the SPAC business at Wells Fargo, including origination and execution of SPAC IPOs, advising SPACs and targets as part of the business combination process and managed the PIPE business.
As a senior member of the equity syndicate desk, he has led more than 1,000 bookrun equity offerings across all industry verticals and has acted as a left bookrunner on hundreds of traditional IPOs & Follow-ons.
Prior to the roles at Wells Fargo, he started his career in Capital Markets at Bear Stearns and held a senior role in the equity capital markets group at Dahlman Rose.
He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University School of the Arts.
