Prior to JP Morgan Chase, she served in various human resources capacities with The Bank of New York, Provident Bank and Edwin Gould Academy.
Ms. Kelerchian earned her MS in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville College and a BA in Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology, graduating magna cum laude from Dominican College.
